Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- We have not yet commenced work on your project (within 48 hours of payment);
- We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe and you have not agreed to extend the deadline;
- We are unable to complete the project due to circumstances beyond your control;
- We materially breach the terms of our service agreement.
Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be available in the following circumstances:
- Work has commenced but is less than 50% complete, and you wish to cancel the project;
- We are unable to complete specific features or services that were agreed upon in the original scope;
- You cancel the project after substantial work has been completed, in which case you will be charged for work completed to date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The project has been completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications;
- You have approved the final deliverables and requested the project to be launched;
- You request changes that are outside the original project scope;
- You cancel the project after it has been completed and delivered;
- The project is cancelled due to your failure to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals within reasonable timeframes;
- You are dissatisfied with the work due to changes in your requirements that were not part of the original agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing via email. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice.
- Before Work Commences: Full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced.
- After Work Commences: If work has already commenced, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred (such as third-party licenses or services).
- Mid-Project Cancellation: If you cancel mid-project, we will provide you with all work completed up to that point, and you will be charged accordingly.
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel a project in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or late payment of invoices;
- Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback within agreed timeframes;
- Unprofessional or abusive behavior;
- Requests for work that is illegal, unethical, or violates our terms of service;
- Scope creep that makes the project unfeasible without renegotiation.
If we cancel a project for reasons other than non-payment, we will provide a refund for any uncompleted work.
Revision Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final deliverables. Our revision policy includes:
Included Revisions
Most projects include a certain number of revision rounds (typically 2-3 rounds) as specified in your project agreement. These revisions cover:
- Minor design adjustments;
- Content corrections;
- Functionality improvements within the original scope;
- Color, font, or layout tweaks.
Additional Revisions
Additional revisions beyond those included in your package may be subject to additional charges. These include:
- Major design changes;
- Scope changes that require significant additional work;
- Revisions requested after project completion and approval;
- Revisions requested after the project has been launched.
Revision Timeframes
Revisions must be requested within 30 days of project delivery. Revisions requested after this period may be subject to additional charges or may not be available.
Project Completion and Delivery
Once a project is completed and delivered, it is considered accepted unless you notify us of any issues within 7 business days of delivery. If no issues are raised within this period, the project is considered complete and accepted.
If issues are identified within the 7-day period, we will work to resolve them at no additional cost, provided they relate to the original project specifications.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services or wish to request a refund, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably.
Our dispute resolution process:
